Crab Cakes

Prepare the Mixture
In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, green onions, bread crumbs, beaten egg, salt, and black pepper. Gently fold together until just combined.

Form the Cakes
Using your hands, form the mixture into small patties, about 2 inches in diameter.

Cook the Cakes
In a skillet over medium heat, add a bit of oil and cook the crab cakes for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.

Cook the Shrimp
Add the shrimp to the boiling water and cook for about 2-3 minutes, or until they turn pink and opaque.

Serve
Drain the shrimp and chill in cold water. Serve with cocktail sauce on the side.
Stuffed Mushrooms

Prepare the Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper.

Stuff the Mushrooms
Fill each portobello mushroom cap with the cream cheese mixture.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes, or until the tops are golden and bubbly.
