Preparation of Shellfish

Prepare the King Crab Legs
Thaw the king crab legs if frozen. Rinse under cold water to remove any ice. Place them in a large pot.

Prepare the Lobster Tails
Using kitchen scissors, cut the tops of the lobster tails lengthwise. Rinse under cold water.

Prepare the Shrimp
Peel and devein the shrimp, leaving the tails on for presentation.

Prepare the Mussels and Clams
Soak the mussels and clams in cold water for about 30 minutes to remove sand. Scrub the shells with a brush.
Cooking

Cook the Shellfish
In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add Old Bay seasoning. Add the king crab legs, lobster tails, shrimp, mussels, and clams. Cover and cook for about 5-7 minutes until all shellfish are cooked through and mussels open.

Plate the Seafood
Carefully transfer the cooked shellfish to a large serving platter. Garnish with fresh parsley.
