Prepare the Cod
Rinse the Alaskan Black Cod fillets under cold water, then pat dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt.

Apply Miso Glaze
Brush the caramelized miso glaze generously over the cod fillets. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Make the Glaze
In a bowl, whisk together the white miso paste, brown sugar, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil until smooth.

In a small saucepan over medium heat, add the glaze mixture and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly until it thickens and caramelizes slightly.

Prepare Garlic Butter Sauce
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.

Combine Noodles and Sauce
Add the drained noodles, soy sauce, and chopped green onions to the skillet. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
Sesame Ginger-Scallion Relish

Mix the Relish
In a bowl, combine the thinly sliced scallions, minced ginger, sesame seeds, soy sauce, and rice vinegar. Stir well to combine.

Prepare the Basil Oil
In a blender, combine the fresh basil leaves and olive oil. Blend until smooth, then season with salt to taste.
