Prepare Phyllo Dough
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Lay the phyllo dough flat on a clean surface. Using a pair of scissors, cut the phyllo into small pieces (about 5 cm squares).

Toast Phyllo
Spread the cut phyllo pieces evenly on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes or until golden and crispy. Stir occasionally to ensure even browning.

Combine Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the baked phyllo pieces, toasted almonds, pistachios, raisins, and coconut flakes. Mix well.

Pour Milk Mixture
Pour the warm milk mixture over the combined dry ingredients in the mixing bowl. Stir gently to ensure everything is well-coated.
Baking

Transfer to Baking Dish
Grease a large baking dish with butter. Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.

Add Cream and Cinnamon
Drizzle the heavy cream evenly over the top of the mixture. Sprinkle ground cinnamon over the cream.

Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden and a bit crispy.
