Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Marinate the Wings

In a large bowl, combine chicken wings, shiro yuzu juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, ginger powder, black pepper, smoked paprika, and salt. Mix well to coat the wings evenly. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or overnight for best flavor.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Smoker

Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C). If using a grill, set it up for indirect cooking.

  3. 3

    Smoke the Wings

Once the smoker is ready, place the marinated chicken wings on the grill grates. Smoke for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the wings are fully cooked and have a nice smoky flavor. You can add wood chips of your choice for enhanced smoke flavor.

  4. 4

    Finish and Serve

Once cooked, remove the wings from the smoker and let them rest for a few minutes. Serve warm, drizzled with extra shiro yuzu juice if desired.
