Method

Ribs

  1. 1

    Prepare Ribs

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and pat dry.

  2. 2

    Season Ribs

In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture all over the ribs.

  3. 3

    Bake Ribs

Wrap the ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender.

  4. 4

    BBQ Sauce

Remove the ribs from the oven, unwrap, and brush with BBQ sauce. Increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C) and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes to caramelize the sauce.

Seasoned Fries

  1. 5

    Prepare Fries

In a bowl, toss the frozen french fries with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.

  2. 6

    Cook Fries

Spread the fries on a baking sheet and bake according to package instructions until golden and crispy.

House Slaw

  1. 7

    Prepare Slaw

In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage and carrots.

  2. 8

    Make Dressing

In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper.

  3. 9

    Combine

Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to combine. Refrigerate until serving.
