1. Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Prepare the Meat Mixture

In a large bowl, combine the Kobe beef chuck, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and parsley. Mix until well combined.

3. Shape the Meatloaf

Transfer the meat mixture to a loaf pan or shape it into a loaf on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

4. Bake the Meatloaf

Bake in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).

5. Rest and Slice

Once done, remove from the oven and let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
