Method

Steak Preparation

  1. 1

    Season the Steak

Pat the ribeye steaks dry with paper towels. Season both sides generously with salt and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Grill the Steak

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Brush the steaks with olive oil, then place them on the grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached.

  3. 3

    Rest the Steak

Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Horseradish Sour Cream Preparation

  1. 4

    Mix the Ingredients

In a small bowl, combine sour cream, prepared horseradish, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well until smooth.

Seasoned Corn Preparation

  1. 5

    Cook the Corn

In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add corn kernels, chili powder, and salt. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until heated through.

Buttered Carrots Preparation

  1. 6

    Cook the Carrots

In a separate saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add sliced carrots, brown sugar, and salt. Cook for about 8-10 minutes until carrots are tender.
