Method

For the Grilled File Medallions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Steak

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Brush the filet mignon with olive oil and season with garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and fresh rosemary.

  2. 2

    Grill the Steak

Place the filet mignon on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes.

For the Seasoned Fries

  1. 3

    Prepare the Potatoes

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Cut the russet potatoes into fries and soak them in cold water for 30 minutes. Drain and dry them thoroughly.

  2. 4

    Season and Bake

Toss the dried fries with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, and salt. Spread them in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

For the Mini Caesar Salad

  1. 5

    Prepare the Salad

Chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place it in a bowl. Add Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, croutons, and lemon juice. Toss until well combined.
