Rib Dinner

Method

Rib Dinner Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ribs

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Rub the pork ribs with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Ensure the ribs are well coated with the spices.

  2. 2

    Bake the Ribs

Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Cover them tightly with another piece of foil and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours, until the meat is tender.

  3. 3

    Add Barbecue Sauce

Remove the ribs from the oven and discard the top layer of foil. Brush the ribs generously with barbecue sauce. Return to the oven uncovered and bake for an additional 30 minutes, until the sauce is caramelized.
