Prepare the Ribs
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Rinse the pork spare ribs under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

In a small bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and brown sugar. Rub this spice mixture all over the ribs, ensuring to coat both sides evenly.
