Chili Preparation

1. Cook the Beef

In a large pot over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.

2. Add Vegetables

Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the pot, cooking until the onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.

3. Combine Ingredients

Stir in the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, chili powder, cumin, salt, black pepper, and beef broth. Bring to a boil.

4. Simmer
