In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and salt. Create a well in the center and add the egg and water. Mix until it forms a rough dough.

Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Wrap in plastic wrap and let it rest for at least 30 minutes.

In a medium bowl, combine ground pork, chopped green onions, minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, ground ginger, salt, and pepper. Mix well until fully combined.

After resting, divide the dough into four pieces. Roll out one piece on a floured surface until thin (about 1/16 inch). Cut into 3-inch squares.

Place about 1 teaspoon of the filling in the center of each square. Fold the dough over the filling to create a triangle and seal the edges by pressing firmly.
