1. Marinate the Ribs
In a large bowl, combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, minced ginger, black pepper, salt, and red chili flakes. Mix well until the sugar is dissolved. Add the pork ribs to the bowl, ensuring they are fully submerged in the marinade. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight for best flavor.
