Ravioli Dough

Prepare the Dough
In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and salt. Make a well in the center and crack the eggs into this well. Add the olive oil.

Make the Sauce
Add the crushed tomatoes, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine and let it simmer for 20 minutes. Stir in the fresh basil before serving.
Garlic Bread

Prepare the Garlic Butter
In a small bowl, mix softened butter with minced garlic and chopped parsley.

Combine and Serve

Assemble the Ravioli
Roll out the rested dough into thin sheets. Use a ravioli cutter or knife to cut into squares. Place a small spoonful of the cheese filling in the center of each square and fold over to create a pocket. Seal the edges with a fork.

Cook the Ravioli
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the ravioli and cook for 3-4 minutes until they float to the surface. Remove with a slotted spoon.

Plate the ravioli, top with marinara sauce, and serve with garlic bread on the side.
