Burger Patty

Crispy Fries

Method

Burger Patty

  1. 1

    Prepare the Burger Patty

In a mixing bowl, gently combine the Black Angus ground beef with salt and black pepper. Form the mixture into a patty, about 1-inch thick.

  2. 2

    Cook the Burger Patty

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the burger patty for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until the desired doneness is reached. In the last minute of cooking, place the Tillamook cheese slice on top of the patty to melt.

Toppings

  1. 3

    Sauté the Mushrooms

In a skillet, heat a little oil over medium heat. Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté for about 5 minutes or until they are browned and tender. Remove from heat.

  2. 4

    Assemble the Burger

On a toasted burger bun, place the cooked burger patty with melted cheese. Top with sautéed mushrooms, crispy fried onions, and drizzle with black pepper aioli.

Crispy Fries

  1. 5

    Prepare the Potatoes

Wash and peel the russet potatoes. Cut them into thin strips or wedges, depending on your preference.

  2. 6

    Fry the Potatoes

In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C). Carefully add the potato strips in batches and fry for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels, then season with salt.
