Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Seafood

Place the mahi mahi, ono, shrimp, and calamari in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the seafood and seal the bag or cover the dish. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

  2. 4

    Grill the Seafood

Remove the seafood from the marinade, letting excess marinade drip off. Place the mahi mahi and ono fillets on the grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes per side or until they are cooked through and have nice grill marks. For the shrimp and calamari, grill them for about 2-3 minutes per side until they turn pink and opaque.

  3. 5

    Serve

Once cooked, transfer the grilled seafood to a serving plate. Garnish with lemon wedges and fresh parsley before serving.
