Preparation

Prepare the Marinade
In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, lemon juice, and black pepper. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.

Marinate the Chicken
Place the boneless chicken breast in a resealable plastic bag and pour half of the marinade over it. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Marinate the Teri Beef
In a separate bowl, add Teri beef and pour the remaining marinade over it. Allow it to marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Prepare Mahi Mahi
Place the mahi mahi fillets in a shallow dish and pour a small amount of the marinade over them, letting them sit for 15 minutes.

Slice the Portuguese Sausage
While the meats are marinating, slice the Portuguese sausage into 1/4 inch pieces.
Cooking

Cook the Chicken
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Remove from skillet and let rest.

Cook the Teri Beef
In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil. Remove Teri beef from marinade and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until browned. Remove from skillet and let rest.

Cook the Mahi Mahi
In the same skillet, add the mahi mahi fillets and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and flaky. Remove from skillet and let rest.

Cook the Portuguese Sausage
Finally, add the sliced Portuguese sausage to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes until they are slightly crispy. Remove from heat.
Serving

Assemble the Platter
Slice the cooked chicken, Teri beef, and mahi mahi into bite-sized pieces. Arrange them on a platter along with the crispy Portuguese sausage slices. Serve warm.
