Method
Prepare the Tortilla Chips
- 1
Bake or Fry Chips
If using store-bought tortilla chips, skip this step. If making homemade, preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread tortilla chips evenly on a baking sheet. Bake for about 10-15 minutes until golden and crispy. If frying, heat oil in a deep pan and fry chips until golden.
Prepare the Poke Topping
- 2
Mix the Marinade
In a medium bowl, combine soy sauce and sesame oil. Mix thoroughly to create a marinade for the tuna.
- 3
Marinate the Tuna
Add diced Ahi tuna to the marinade. Toss gently to coat the tuna evenly. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes in the refrigerator.
- 4
Prepare the Vegetables
While the tuna is marinating, prepare the vegetables. Dice the avocado, mango, and cucumber into small pieces. Slice the green onions finely. Set aside.
- 5
Assemble the Poke Topping
Once the tuna has marinated, combine it with the diced avocado, mango, cucumber, sliced green onions, seaweed salad, Sriracha, and lime juice in a large bowl. Toss gently to combine.
Assemble the Poke Nachos
- 6
Layer the Nachos
On a large serving platter, spread a generous layer of tortilla chips. Top with the poke mixture evenly over the chips.
- 7
Garnish
Sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped cilantro over the top of the nachos for an added crunch and flavor.
- 8
Serve
Serve immediately while the chips are warm and crispy. Enjoy your Poke Nacho!
