Prepare the Chicken Cutlet
Pound the chicken breast to an even thickness. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and let it rest before slicing.
- 3
Cook the Hamburger Patty
Form the ground beef into a patty and season with salt and pepper. In the same skillet, cook the patty over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked to your desired doneness. Set aside.
- 4
Prepare the SPAM
Slice the SPAM into thin pieces. In the skillet, fry the SPAM slices over medium heat until crispy and golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. Set aside.
- 5
Heat the Kalua Pork
If using leftover kalua pork, warm it in a small saucepan over low heat until heated through, about 5 minutes.
- 6
- 7
Make the Brown Gravy
In a saucepan, combine the brown gravy mix with 2 cups of water. Stir and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer for about 3-5 minutes until thickened.
Assembly

Assemble the Mok-A-Sauras
In a large plate, place a generous scoop of cooked rice as the base. Layer the sliced chicken cutlet, hamburger patty, crispy SPAM, and warm kalua pork on top of the rice. Gently place the fried eggs on top and drizzle with warm brown gravy. Serve immediately.
