Dice the onion, bell pepper, carrot, and celery. Mince the garlic cloves.

Rinse and drain the canned kidney beans and black beans.

In a large pot or Dutch oven, brown the ground beef and chorizo sausage over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
