Pork
Method
Marinade Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Marinade
In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, chopped green onions, red pepper flakes, and black pepper. Whisk until the sugar is dissolved and the marinade is well combined.
- 2
Marinate the Pork
Place the pork tenderloin in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the pork, making sure it is well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight for maximum flavor.
Grilling
- 3
Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 200-220°C (400-450°F).
- 4
- 5
Rest the Pork
Once cooked, remove the pork from the grill and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing. This allows the juices to redistribute for a tender result.
- 6
Serve
Slice the pork tenderloin and serve it with your choice of sides or over rice, drizzled with any leftover marinade (if cooked) or a fresh sauce.
