Prepare the shredded pork
If you haven't already, cook and shred the pork. This can be done using a slow cooker or pressure cooker with your preferred seasonings.

Prepare the toppings
Dice the tomato, slice the olives and jalapeño, and rinse the black beans.
Assembly

Layer the nachos
On a large baking sheet, spread out the tortilla chips evenly. Sprinkle half of the cheddar jack cheese over the chips.

Add the toppings
Evenly distribute the shredded pork, black beans, diced tomato, sliced olives, and jalapeño over the chips.

Add more cheese
Sprinkle the remaining cheddar jack cheese on top of the toppings to ensure everything is covered.

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the nachos for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
