Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the shredded pork

If you haven't already, cook and shred the pork. This can be done using a slow cooker or pressure cooker with your preferred seasonings.

  2. 2

    Prepare the toppings

Dice the tomato, slice the olives and jalapeño, and rinse the black beans.

Assembly

  1. 3

    Layer the nachos

On a large baking sheet, spread out the tortilla chips evenly. Sprinkle half of the cheddar jack cheese over the chips.

  2. 4

    Add the toppings

Evenly distribute the shredded pork, black beans, diced tomato, sliced olives, and jalapeño over the chips.

  3. 5

    Add more cheese

Sprinkle the remaining cheddar jack cheese on top of the toppings to ensure everything is covered.

Baking

  1. 6

    Bake the nachos

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the nachos for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serving

  1. 7

    Serve hot

Remove the nachos from the oven and let them cool for a minute. Serve warm and enjoy with your favorite dipping sauces!
