Slice the Steak
Thinly slice the ribeye steak against the grain into strips.

Cooking the Steak and Vegetables

Cook the Steak
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced ribeye steak and season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Cook for about 4-5 minutes until browned and cooked to your liking.

Sauté the Vegetables
In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil. Add the chopped onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms. Sauté for about 4-5 minutes until they are tender and slightly caramelized.

Build the Chalupa
Take a piece of pita bread, layer the cooked steak, sautéed vegetables, and top with provolone cheese.

Place the assembled chalupa on a grill or grill pan. Grill for about 2-3 minutes on each side until the pita is crispy and the cheese is melted.
