Cook the Saimin Noodles
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the saimin noodles and cook according to package instructions, usually about 3-4 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Broth
In a separate pot, combine the chicken broth, soy sauce, sesame oil, and minced ginger. Bring to a simmer over medium heat. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Combine Ingredients
Once the broth is simmering, add the cooked saimin noodles and sliced teriyaki beef to the broth. Stir gently to combine and allow to cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.

Serve the Saimin
Ladle the saimin into bowls. Top each bowl with a generous serving of garlic chips and chopped green onions.
