Prepare Noodles

Cook the Saimin Noodles
In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add 8 oz of saimin noodles and cook according to package instructions, usually about 3-5 minutes, until tender. Drain and set aside.

In a bowl, combine the chicken pieces with minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to ensure the chicken is evenly coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

In a large skillet or wok, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
