Prepare the Chicken
Cut the chicken breast into small bite-sized pieces. Season lightly with salt and pepper.

Chop Vegetables
Shred the cabbage and julienne the carrots into thin strips.

Stir-Fry the Chicken
Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add a drizzle of oil, then add the chicken pieces. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until fully cooked and no longer pink. Remove from pan and set aside.

Combine Noodles and Sauce
Add the cooked noodles to the skillet with the vegetables. In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Pour this sauce over the noodles and vegetables. Toss everything together to combine well.

Add the Chicken
Return the cooked chicken to the skillet. Stir everything together for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through and well mixed.

Garnish and Serve
Transfer the fried noodles to serving plates. Garnish with chopped green onions and sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Serve hot.
