Method

Tacos Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ahi Tuna

Season the Ahi tuna with salt, pepper, and a sprinkle of paprika. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and cook the tuna for about 2-3 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Remove from heat and let rest before slicing into thin strips.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Tortillas

Warm the flour tortillas on a skillet for about 30 seconds on each side until they are soft and pliable.

  3. 3

    Assemble the Tacos

Lay a warm tortilla on a plate, add a handful of cabbage, a few slices of grilled Ahi, a dollop of spicy aioli, a scoop of guacamole, and top with salsa. Repeat for the second taco.

Fries Preparation

  1. 4

    Prepare the Potatoes

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Wash and cut the potatoes into thin strips or wedges, depending on your preference.

  2. 5

    Season and Bake the Fries

In a large bowl, toss the potato strips with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika until evenly coated. Spread them in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
