Method
Fried Rice
- 1
Prepare the Fried Rice
In a large pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, diced carrot, and peas. Sauté until the vegetables are tender.
- 2
Add the cooked rice to the pan, breaking any clumps. Pour in the soy sauce and stir well to combine. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
Chicken Cutlet
- 3
Prepare the Chicken Cutlet
Flatten the chicken breasts to an even thickness. Season with salt and black pepper.
- 4
Dredge each piece in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- 5
In a frying pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Fry the chicken cutlets for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Hamburger Patty
SPAM
- 8
Prepare the SPAM
In the same skillet used for the hamburger patty, add the sliced SPAM. Fry for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Eggs
- 9
Prepare the Eggs
In a small bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt and black pepper.
- 10
In a non-stick skillet, cook the eggs over medium heat, scrambling until fully cooked.
Brown Gravy
- 11
Prepare the Brown Gravy
In a saucepan, combine the gravy mix and water. Stir well and bring to a boil over medium heat.
- 12
Reduce heat and simmer until thickened, about 3-5 minutes.
