Preparing the Ribs

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).

Season the Ribs
Rinse the pork ribs under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

Bake the Ribs
Place the seasoned ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Cover the ribs tightly with another piece of aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours, or until the meat is tender.
Making the BBQ Sauce

Combine Ingredients
In a medium saucepan, combine soy sauce, honey, Sriracha sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, grated ginger, minced garlic, and chopped green onions.

Cook the Sauce
Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat. Reduce heat to low and let it cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened slightly.

Crisp the Ribs
Broil the ribs for about 5-7 minutes, watching closely to prevent burning, until the sauce is caramelized and the ribs are crispy.

Remove the ribs from the oven, let them rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
