Prepare the Chicken
Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized cubes, ensuring they are evenly sized for uniform cooking.

Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, combine the cubed chicken with teriyaki sauce and, if desired, chili sauce for a spicy kick. Allow to marinate for at least 15 minutes.

In a large skillet or frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

Add the marinated chicken to the hot skillet and sauté for about 10-12 minutes, stirring frequently, until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 75°C (165°F).
