Prep Chicken or Pork

Cook the Chicken or Pork
If using chicken, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breast and sprinkle with taco seasoning. Cook for about 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked (internal temperature 165°F or 75°C). If using Kalua pork, simply warm it in a skillet over medium heat until heated through.

Assemble Tacos

Prepare Taco Shells
Warm the taco shells in the oven according to package instructions or until they are slightly crispy.

Fill Taco Shells
Take each taco shell and fill it generously with the shredded chicken or Kalua pork.

Add Toppings
Top each taco with shredded cheddar cheese, a spoonful of salsa, diced avocado, a drizzle of sweet chili aioli, and a spoonful of pineapple relish.
