Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken and Shrimp

Season the chicken breast and shrimp with salt and black pepper. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Vegetables

Slice the bell pepper and zucchini, and halve the cherry tomatoes. Mince the garlic and chop the fresh basil.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Cook the Pasta

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the angel hair pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 4-5 minutes. Drain and set aside.

  2. 4

    Grill the Chicken

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken breast and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Remove from heat and let rest before slicing.

  3. 5

    Cook the Shrimp

In the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Add the shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque. Remove from heat.

  4. 6

    Sauté the Vegetables

In the same skillet, add the minced garlic, sliced bell pepper, and zucchini. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender. Add the halved cherry tomatoes and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Combining

  1. 7

    Combine the Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine the cooked angel hair pasta, sautéed vegetables, sliced grilled chicken, and cooked shrimp. Add the chopped basil, grated Parmesan cheese, and toss everything together. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
