Marinate the Beef
In a bowl, combine the thinly sliced beef and teriyaki sauce. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Cook the Beef
Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until well-browned. Top with chopped green onions before serving.
Kalbi Ribs

Marinate the Ribs
Place short ribs in a shallow dish and pour kalbi marinade over them. Let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Prepare the Tempura Batter
In a bowl, mix tempura batter mix with ice water until smooth. Do not overmix.

Fry the Fish
Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat. Dip fish fillets into the batter, then carefully place them into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
Musubis

Prepare the Musubis
Lay a nori sheet on a clean surface. Place 1 cup of cooked sushi rice in the middle, followed by a slice of Spam. Fold the nori over the rice and Spam, then press to form a compact rectangle. Brush the outside with soy sauce.

Repeat the process for the second musubi. Cut in half and serve.
Macaroni Salad

Cook the Macaroni
In a pot, boil water and cook macaroni pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.

Mix the Salad
In a large bowl, combine the cooled macaroni, mayonnaise, diced celery, diced carrots, salt, and pepper. Mix well and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
