Prepare Ahi Poke

  1. 1

    Make the Ahi Poke

In a mixing bowl, combine the diced Ahi tuna, soy sauce, sesame oil, sliced green onions, and sea salt. Gently toss the mixture until all the ingredients are well combined. Cover and refrigerate for about 15 minutes to let the flavors meld.

Prepare Sweet Aioli

  1. 2

    Make the Sweet Aioli

In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, honey, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Whisk until smooth and creamy. Adjust the seasoning if needed. Set aside.

Assemble Nachos

  1. 3

    Layer the Nachos

On a large serving platter or baking sheet, spread a generous layer of tortilla chips. Top the chips with the Ahi poke mixture, diced tomatoes, finely chopped red onion, and diced avocado.

  2. 4

    Finish with Toppings

Sprinkle the furikake seasoning over the top of the nachos. Drizzle the sweet aioli generously over the assembled nachos.
