Prepare the Fish
Dice the tuna, salmon, yellowtail, and white fish into small cubes, about 1 cm each. Set aside in a bowl.

Combine Ingredients
In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, and lime juice until well combined. Adjust the spice level by adding more Sriracha if desired.
Making Strawberry Sauce

Cook the Sauce
In a small saucepan, combine the pureed strawberries, sugar, and water. Heat over medium heat until the mixture begins to simmer, stirring occasionally. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until slightly thickened. Remove from heat and let cool.
Assembling the Pink Lady

Prepare the Soy Bean Paper
Lay the soy bean paper sheet flat on a bamboo sushi mat or clean surface.

Roll the Sushi
Using the bamboo mat, carefully roll the soy bean paper over the filling, tucking it tightly as you go. Seal the edge with a little water.

Slice and Serve
Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces and arrange them on a plate. Drizzle with spicy mayo and strawberry sauce before serving.
