Preparation

Coconut Panna Cotta

1. Prepare Gelatin

In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin powder over 3 tablespoons of cold water and let it bloom for about 5 minutes.

2. Heat Coconut Mixture

In a saucepan, combine coconut milk, heavy cream, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is hot but not boiling.

3. Incorporate Gelatin

Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved. Add vanilla extract and mix well.

4. Set the Panna Cotta

Pour the mixture into molds or serving glasses. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
