Mix the Base
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Malfy Rosa gin, Lillet Blanc, rhubarb bitters, pink grapefruit juice, and fresh lemon juice.

Shake It Up
Add ice cubes to the shaker and shake well for about 15 seconds until chilled.

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a glass filled with fresh ice.

Top off the cocktail with soda water and gently stir to combine.
