1. Mix Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Dillon’s Canoe rye, Amaro Montenegro, fresh lemon juice, and honey.
2. Shake
Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
3. Strain
Strain the mixture into a chilled rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
4. Garnish
Garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig and serve immediately.
