Caprese Salad Preparation
Slice fresh mozzarella and tomatoes into thick slices. Layer them alternately on a serving platter. Tuck fresh basil leaves in between the layers. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Roasted Chicken Preparation
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Rub the mixture all over the chicken breasts. Place them in a baking dish and roast for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Chocolate Mousse Preparation
In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until just simmering. Remove from heat and add the chopped dark chocolate, stirring until melted and smooth. Stir in sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Let it cool slightly, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
