Muddle the Mint
In a glass, add the fresh mint leaves and muddle gently to release their oils.

Add Strawberry Purée
Add the strawberry purée to the glass and mix with the muddled mint.

Mix in Rums
Pour in the Malibu rum and Appleton Estate rum. Stir well to combine.

Add Ice and Soda
Fill the glass with ice cubes and top off with soda water. Stir gently.

Garnish
Garnish with fresh strawberries and a sprig of mint on top.
