Step 1: Prepare the Grapes
Harvest the Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, ensuring they are ripe and free from any rot.

Crush the grapes gently to release their juice. Separate the juice from the skins.

In a fermentation container, add the grape juice, sugar, and water. Sprinkle the yeast on top and stir gently. Cover the container and let it sit in a cool, dark place for 1-2 weeks.

After fermentation is complete, press the mixture to extract the remaining juice from the skins.

Transfer the wine to a clean container for aging. Allow it to age for at least 3 months.

Once aged, filter the wine and bottle it. Seal the bottles and store them in a cool place.
