Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Bread

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Cut the day-old bread into cubes and place them in a large mixing bowl.

  2. 2

    Make the Custard Mixture

In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, heavy cream, eggs, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.

  3. 3

    Combine and Add Chocolate

Pour the custard mixture over the bread cubes. Gently fold in the white chocolate chips, ensuring the bread is well saturated.

  4. 4

    Bake the Pudding

Grease a baking dish with butter and pour the bread pudding mixture into it. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden and the custard is set.

  5. 5

    Cool and Serve

Allow the bread pudding to cool for about 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy warm, optionally drizzled with extra white chocolate or served with ice cream.
