Prepare the Bread
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Cut the day-old bread into cubes and place them in a large mixing bowl.

Make the Custard Mixture
In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, heavy cream, eggs, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.

Combine and Add Chocolate
Pour the custard mixture over the bread cubes. Gently fold in the white chocolate chips, ensuring the bread is well saturated.

Bake the Pudding
Grease a baking dish with butter and pour the bread pudding mixture into it. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden and the custard is set.

Allow the bread pudding to cool for about 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy warm, optionally drizzled with extra white chocolate or served with ice cream.
