Our always-fresh cod is expertly prepared with brown butter, garlic and lemon then paired with parsley potatoes and steamed vegetables.

In a pot of salted boiling water, add the diced potatoes and cook until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and set aside.

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat until it turns golden brown and has a nutty aroma. Be careful not to burn it.

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the cod filets in a baking dish, season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with brown butter and minced garlic. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
