Method
Grilling the Pork Chops
Grill the Pork Chops
Place the pork chops on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Making Bacon Molasses BBQ Sauce
Prepare the Sauce
Add molasses, ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt to the skillet. Stir to combine and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add Bacon
Chop the cooked bacon and stir it into the sauce. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
Preparing Parsley Potatoes
Boil the Potatoes
In a pot, boil the baby potatoes until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Making Turnip Slaw
Combine Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine grated turnips, grated carrot, and shredded red cabbage.
Dress the Slaw
In a small bowl, whisk together apple cider vinegar, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Pour over the turnip mixture and toss to coat.
