Make the Dough
In a small saucepan, heat the milk and butter until warm. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Add the warm milk mixture and eggs. Mix until a dough forms.

Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.

Prepare the Filling
Mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Melt the butter for spreading on the dough.

Form the Rolls
Roll the dough tightly into a log, then slice into 12 equal rolls.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and arrange the rolls in the skillet. Cover and cook for about 20 minutes until puffed and golden.

In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, Grand Marnier, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Once the rolls are cooked, drizzle the icing over the top and enjoy warm.
