Cooking Directions
- 1
Prepare the seafood
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the shrimp, crawfish tails, and cook until shrimp are pink, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in the lump crabmeat gently, and season with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Remove from heat.
- 2
Make the Brie cream sauce
In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until warm. Add the chopped Brie cheese and stir until melted and smooth. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- 3
Combine seafood and sauce
In a large mixing bowl, combine the seafood mixture with the Brie cream sauce. Fold in the sliced green onions.
- 4
Prepare for baking
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Pour the seafood mixture into a greased baking dish. Top with bread crumbs and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
- 5
Bake the gratin
Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
- 6
Serve
Let the seafood gratin cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy hot!
