Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Lobster
Preheat your broiler to high. Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut down the top of each lobster tail, stopping just before the tail fin. Gently pull the meat up and out of the shell, keeping it attached at the base.
- 2
Make the Topping
In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Remove from heat.
- 3
Assemble the Lobster
Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the lobster meat. In a separate bowl, mix together bread crumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley.
- 4
Broil the Lobster
Spoon the bread crumb mixture evenly over the lobster meat. Broil for about 8-10 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and the topping is golden brown.
- 5
Serve
Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes before serving. Garnish with additional parsley if desired.
