Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Crostini

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the crostini on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil. Toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Remove from the oven and set aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Heirloom Tomatoes

While the crostini are toasting, wash the heirloom tomatoes and slice them into wedges or rounds, depending on your preference. Place them in a bowl.

  3. 3

    Assemble the Dish

On a serving platter, place the burrata cheese in the center. Surround it with the sliced heirloom tomatoes. Spoon the olive tapenade over the burrata and tomatoes.

  4. 4

    Drizzle and Season

Drizzle the olive oil generously over the entire dish. Season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.

  5. 5

    Serve

Garnish with fresh basil leaves. Serve immediately with the toasted crostini on the side for dipping.
