    Prepare the Tea

    In a medium saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add 2 tablespoons of black tea leaves and let steep for 5 minutes.

    Strain the Tea

    After steeping, strain the tea into a large cup or pitcher to remove the tea leaves.

    Add Sugar (Optional)

    If desired, stir in 2 tablespoons of sugar while the tea is still warm, and mix until dissolved.

    Blend the Mango

    In a blender, add the diced fresh mango and blend until smooth. You can add a little water if needed for blending.

    Combine Ingredients

    In a serving glass, combine the mango puree with the brewed tea. Stir well to combine.

    Pour in 1 cup of milk into the tea and mango mixture. Stir gently to combine.
